Nurse Practitioner – Home Visits (Philadelphia Area)

Fee for service $60 - $80 per encounter. Mileage is reimbursed.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing medical practice providing home-based care to adult and geriatric patients in the Delaware county/Philadelphia area.

Qualifications: • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (PA) • Experience in primary care, geriatrics, or home care preferred • Strong clinical and communication skills
