    We are seeking a detail-oriented, part-time Office Operations & Data Support Professional to support daily office functions, with a strong focus on data accuracy and customer service. This role supports general administrative operations and may assist with accounting, billing, marketing, and sales activities as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working with databases and customers.

    Pay Range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour - Based on qualifications. Part-time: Up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday

    Job Summary

    The Operations & Data Support position provides administrative and operational assistance with a strong focus on data accuracy, system maintenance, and process support. This role supports general office operations, data entry activities, including maintaining records in the database, and customer service. The position may also assist with billing, accounting, and other administrative functions as assigned. This is a role with the potential for expanded administrative responsibilities over time based on business needs and demonstrated capability.

    Qualifications

    · Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    · Proven data entry or administrative support experience

    · Customer service experience

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools · Ability to work independently, while recognizing when to seek guidance and/or ask questions.

    · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

    · Familiarity with Advanced Routing Systems (ARS) strongly preferred

    · Basic accounting knowledge or exposure preferred

    · QuickBooks experience a plus

    Primary Job Duties

    Accurately enter, maintain, and review data within operational systems

    Maintain and update records in the Advanced Routing Systems (ARS) database

    Support daily office and operational workflows

    Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks as assigned

    Identify data discrepancies and support corrective actions

    Provide professional customer support via phone and email

    Assist with documentation, reporting, and general administrative support

    Provide support with marketing activities and community events as needed

    Perform other related duties as assigned
