Qualifications & Skills
4–5 years of clinical experience preferred
DDS or DMD degree with an active Massachusetts dental license in good standing
Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency program
High proficiency in core periodontal procedures including implants, scaling and root planing, grafting, laser therapy, and related surgical and nonsurgical treatments
Strong desire to continue learning, improving skills, and participating in a supportive clinical environment
Compensation & Benefits
Annual earning potential: $150,000–$200,000
Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections
