    Overview:

    Due to growth and an increasing caseload, Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for a part-time position at their private practice clinic in Cupertino. The position may also include providing treatment at an onsite corporate wellness center for a major tech company in Cupertino. Additional opportunities are available in San Jose.

    About Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy:

    Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy is an established manually-oriented physical therapy practice with multiple locations and a 25+ year track record of providing outstanding patient care. PTs deliver evidence-based treatment in one-on-one visits, charting patient records in WebPT utilizing MacBooks.

    Clinic Hours / Work Schedule:

    Quinn Orthopedic Physical Therapy staffs both its two private practice clinics and three corporate wellness locations. Clinic hours are 7 am-8 pm Monday through Friday, with earlier closure at 7 pm on Mondays and Fridays. The clinic is also open on Saturdays from 7:30 am to 2:45 pm.

    We offer flexible part-time scheduling with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per week. Part-time shifts may be scheduled in 4-, 6-, 8-, or 10-hour increments, allowing for a balance between consistency and flexibility. To meet our weekly minimum, part-time team members may work two 4-hour shifts, or a combination of shift lengths to achieve 8 or more hours / week.

    Caseload:

    The primary caseload consists mainly of orthopedic conditions, ranging from post- operative care and prevention screenings to chronic pain, for patients of all ages. The clinician will provide one-on-one direct patient care. Clinicians will perform no more than 3 evaluations per day.

    Compensation:

    The starting salary is competitive with potential for increases based on experience and qualifications. Base pay is just one piece of the total compensation package offered by Quinn Orthopedic.

    Job Requirements:

    • Licensed Physical Therapist in State of California

    • DPT degree from CAPTE University

    • CPR-AED and BLS Certified

    • COVID Vaccinated (per Federal Mandate)

    • Willing to follow Mask Mandate as applicable

    • Must be able to stand, bend, push, and pull up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.

    • Adequate visual and auditory acuity to ensure patient and operational safety

    • Minimum of 8 hours of availability per week.
