Maintain accurate customer and project data within the company’s CRM system. Update project metrics, track information, assist with inventory management, and answer incoming calls as needed.

    Customer Relationship Management

Cultivate strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, responding promptly to questions or concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project process.

Coordinate closely with internal teams including measure technicians, fabricators, and installers to ensure projects are executed smoothly and the final product meets quality expectations.

For job-share partners, collaboration also includes regular communication with each other to maintain clear project updates and consistent customer service.

    Market Research and Marketing Support

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the stone and home improvement market. Support the company’s social media presence and marketing initiatives when appropriate.

    Ideal Candidate

    The ideal candidate will have:

At least one year of experience in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (degree preferred).
