THIS IS A YEAR-ROUND POSITION - NOT SEASONAL

Amazing Athletes/JumpBunch Coaches are the key to our success and serves as the face of our program. Coaches help shape the class experience for children, families, and schools. Above all, we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who love working with kids.

We are seeking outgoing coaches to lead fun, structured sports and fitness classes for children ages 18 months to 12 years at local schools and childcare centers throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Through more than 70 lesson plans, coaches introduce children to a variety of sports while promoting fitness, confidence, and fun. Experience working with young children in a group setting is desired. Coaching experience is NOT required.

Paid training. You must be able to work some morning hours starting between 8:30 and 9:00 AM.

This is a PART-TIME position starting at approximately 9-15 hours per week. Morning and afternoon hours available.

Primary Duties

Prepares for all classes by reviewing approved lesson plans (provided by JumpBunch)

Arrives for and begins all classes on time.

Properly instruct children in the use of our approved curriculum and equipment.

Provides own transportation with adequate auto insurance coverage (public transportation does not work for this job)

Primary Job Requirements

Must pass a background check and/or FBI fingerprinting as required by state.

Must be in good physical condition and able to bend, kneel, stoop, jump, jog, and otherwise move actively to execute a class. Must be able to occasionally carry large amounts of equipment.

Should be enthusiastic and pleasant in conversation and be patient and have a desire to work with children.

Must be prompt, reliable, and able to work independently with no direct supervision.
