Now Hiring: Full & Part-Time Support Staff Location: Coatesville / Unionville / Kennett Square Area Starting Pay: $24/hour for training + mileage (Higher pay available based on experience & education)

We’re seeking professional, caring, and energetic Personal Care Aides to support a warm and engaging 35-year-old man with medical fragility and intellectual disabilities.

This is a hands-on, relationship-centered role with opportunities to work 1:1 or 2:1, depending on daily needs. You’ll support him both at home and out in the community—helping him stay safe, involved, and connected. Help create a life of fun, fulfillment and activities. Your thoughts and suggestions for activities will be welcomed by the family.

What You’ll Do:

Provide full personal care: bathing, feeding tube, toileting, and transfers

Assist with mobility (he uses a wheelchair and is nonverbal)

Engage him through daily activities at home and in the community

Use and/or learn to use an iPad for communication and entertainment

Help with meal prep, hydration, light housekeeping, and daily routines

Be fully engaged—no personal phone use during shifts

Provide Daily service notes to the Employer for review

Tech-friendly or willing to learn how to use an iPad for client support

Available Shifts:

Weekdays: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Weekends: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Multiple positions available — let us know which shifts work for you!

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Able to pass a background check

Physically capable of lifting/transferring

Willing to participate in community outings and share ideas for new outings and activities.

CNA is a plus, but not required — we provide full training and ongoing support
