About the Role:

Join the KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Part-Time Closer! This exciting role from 1 PM to 6 PM allows you to make a difference in the lives of children while working in a nurturing and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a smooth transition during closing hours, providing exceptional customer service to parents and children.

Supervise and engage with children in a safe and enriching environment.

Assist in the daily cleaning and organization of classrooms and common areas.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's day and any important updates.

Collaborate with staff to ensure all activities are completed and facilities are secured.

Maintain accurate records of daily attendance and incident reports.

Support the development and implementation of educational activities.

Uphold the KIDS 'R' KIDS standards of excellence in all interactions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.

Must pass background checks and maintain CPR/First Aid certification.

Reliable, responsible, and enthusiastic demeanor.

Flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the academy.
