Pay raises are awarded at 90-days and based on individual initiative and how many “hats” you can wear within the business.

Sure, you’ll start at $16 per hour plus bonus, but you can move way past that if you’re great at the job.

Bonuses are quarterly and based on store performance (hence th indeed for a team player). Part-timers receive a $500 bonus for hitting sales numbers.

And if it turns out we’re a great fit and you want to move to full time with benefits, we can do that too.

What we need from you

We’re looking for someone with retail or customer service experience, who can take initiative while being cooperative and collaborative.

Someone who is positive, dependable, flexible, and detail-oriented, with a passion for good food and wine.

In addition to that, we require:

2-3 years of retail sales experience or equivalent in service industry sales or customer service/restaurant.

21 years of age with High school diploma or GED

Able to safely life loads 35-50 lbs

Able to work most Saturdays and some evenings

Strong computer skills

Thrive in high activity environments while providing excellent customer service

Able to pass background check and drug screening
