Responsibilities:
Engage prospective and existing clients to identify needs and present suitable investment solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person interactions to generate leads
Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and share best practices
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
Requirements:
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable working a part-time, flexible schedule
Basic proficiency with CRM tools or willingness to learn
Interest in investments, finance, or real estate is a plus
