    Job Summary

    We are looking for a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to support our team with day-to-day office operations. This role focuses on helping keep company files, documents, and records organized while assisting with basic administrative tasks.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using Excel, and able to help maintain an organized office environment.

    Responsibilities

    Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets Organize and file office documents Upload and manage digital files and paperwork Scan and organize physical documents Assist with general office administrative tasks Support the team with maintaining organized records and files

    Qualifications

    Basic computer and data entry skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable working in an office environment
