About the Role:

Join South Jersey Heat and Cool as a Part-Time Outbound Telemarketer focused on Commercial HVAC Maintenance! Be part of a dynamic team that connects businesses with top-notch HVAC solutions while enjoying a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential commercial clients to promote HVAC maintenance services.

Engage with businesses to identify their HVAC needs and schedule appointments.

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client questions or concerns.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.

Stay updated on HVAC industry trends and service offerings to enhance conversations.

Meet or exceed weekly call and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior telemarketing experience preferred (sales to B2B experienced preferred)

Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance services is a plus - training is provided

Proficient in using CRM software along with computer applications.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
