We are a growing window cleaning company based in Downey, CA that offers its employees the ability to work outside with daytime hours, no nights no weekends!! The Position: We’re looking for window cleaners Full Time and Part Time. The pay range we’re offering is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour! With pay per performance opportunities!

Requirements: We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail and are self starters.

We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do not clean high rise windows!

We remove the dirt and grime from windows, other glass surfaces, and window sills using the appropriate cleaning equipment.

Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for residential tasks.

Perfect opportunity for people currently working as hospitality workers, cashiers, office cleaner, dishwasher, construction or warehouse worker, laborer, packaging or production worker, delivery driver, janitor, custodian, on a skilled trade, factory or assembly worker.

We are looking for candidates that maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service.

No experience necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

Able to stand on feet for long periods of time

Able to lift up to 60 lbs

Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist, and arms

Able to work with arms above head

Able to bend and squat to ground level

Able to work in temperatures ranging from 30 to 110 degrees

Other Required Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license

Reliable transportation to be used to get from job to job

Liability car insurance

Provide excellent customer service

Self-motivated and able to work alone or in a group

Able to communicate in English
