    POSITION SUMMARY

    Lincoln Healthcare Leadership is seeking a Partner Liaison to play a key role in supporting our partner relationships and conference execution.

    Companies partner with Lincoln Healthcare Leadership because they see our events as beneficial to their business development efforts. The Partner Liaison helps ensure our partners receive their promised business development and marketing/branding benefits, while maintaining a strong, customer service-oriented relationship with partner executives throughout the contracted lifecycle.

    This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    **Partner Management & Conference Execution **You will serve as the primary point of contact for all partners across conferences.

    • Ensure clear and timely communication and a positive conference experience
    • Maintain a high-quality standard across all procedures and communications
    • Manage partner inquiries (email and phone) with prompt and accurate support and follow-up

    **Sponsorship Fulfillment & Coordination **You will own the delivery of partner benefits and ensure all commitments are met.

    • Deliver fulfillment of all partner benefits in conjunction with Sales, including specifications and on-site display materials
    • Track sponsorship deliverables and results, communicating with and leaning on Sales as needed
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure clear communication and execution of deliverables

    REPORTING & COLLABORATION

    This role works closely with internal teams including Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure successful partner experiences and execution of conference deliverables.

    • Customer service-focused: Dedicated to guiding partners through the benefits delivery process and supporting their needs
    • Strong writing skills: Communicates clearly and concisely regarding expectations and deadlines
    • Administrative strength: Highly organized with the ability to manage high volumes of communication, scheduling, and documentation across teams
    • Quality-driven: Committed to producing high-quality work that supports Lincoln’s reputation
    • Enthusiastic, driven, and independent: Capable of managing complex workflows with minimal oversight

    Additional Qualifications:

    • -Experience managing multiple processes, deadlines, and detailed workflows
    • -Highly proficient database tools, CVENT, and HubSpot (or other CRM) a plus

    LOCATION & TRAVEL

    This role may be performed remotely or in a hybrid capacity, with preference given to candidates located near our offices in Southport, CT.

    Travel is expected to all 4 conferences for approximately 5 days each, including:

    • Home Care 100 Winter – January 31-Feb 3, 2027, Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes, FL
    • LTC 100 – April 4-7, 2027, Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes, FL
    • Senior Living 100 – May 2-4, 2027, Conrad, Orlando, FL
    • Home Care 100 Summer – June 13-16, 2027, The Grand American Hotel, Salt Lake City, UT

    **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS **(Full-Time employees)

    We offer a competitive and thoughtful total rewards package, including:

    • Base salary range: $60,000-$70,000
