    What You’ll Own

    • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for key brand partners, aligning to annual goals and driving customer demand
    • Bring forward insight-led ideas and activations rooted in basketball culture and consumer behavior
    • Own programs end-to-end—from brief development through execution and post-campaign analysis
    • Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Creative, Media, Merchandising, and Operations to bring campaigns to life
    • Manage product storytelling by aligning marketing initiatives to product roadmaps and key launch moments
    • Define campaign KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights to inform future strategies
    • Serve as a key point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring alignment, communication, and executional excellence

    What You Bring

    • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or account management within a multi-brand retail or agency environment
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful, measurable marketing campaigns
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
    • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
    • Passion for sports and culturally relevant marketing
  • Compensation
    $80,000-$90,000 per year
