As our Partner Marketing Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind amplifying our partner ecosystem—including Daxko Exchange Partners, SugarWOD Marketing Partners, and Boutique Channel partners. Your work will directly influence adoption, engagement, and revenue growth by crafting smart go-to-market strategies and creative campaigns that spotlight our partners in meaningful ways.

    This role is perfect for a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and loves bringing ideas to life across multiple channels.

    You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Partners & Channels and work closely with partner managers, internal marketing teams, and external partners to make a measurable impact.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Shape Strategy – Collaborate with partner, channel development, and marketing teams to design and evolve a powerful partner marketing strategy.
    • Drive Go-to-Market Excellence – Build and execute a partner GTM framework, campaigns, and promotional calendars that align across channels and segments.
    • Create Impactful Campaigns – Partner with demand generation teams to distribute content, campaigns, and assets that highlight our partners to the right audiences.
    • Measure & Optimize – Work with operations to track, analyze, and report campaign performance, providing insights that inform future efforts.
    • Collaborate & Elevate – Work hand-in-hand with partner managers to build custom marketing schedules, execute promotional opportunities, and continuously explore new ways to deliver value.
    • Tell Compelling Stories – Craft engaging content, from press materials to partner collateral, that drives awareness and adoption.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    What You Bring:

    • Marketing Expertise – 2+ years in B2B software marketing (bonus points if in partner or channel marketing).
    • Strategic Mindset with Tactical Execution – Comfortable balancing long-term initiatives with day-to-day execution.
    • Project Leadership – Strong program and project management skills; able to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
    • Content & Communication Skills – Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and high-quality marketing materials.
    • Tech-Savvy – Experience with project management, CRM, and marketing automation/design tools.
    • Adaptability – Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

    Preferred : Experience in the fitness industry.

    Additional Information

    The pay range for this role is $62,000 - $98,000 per year. Where you fall within the pay range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. __ We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for growth.
