Job Description
The role:
As a Partner Operations Manager at Strategy , you will independently lead the execution, optimization, and oversight of partner-related operations and strategic processes. Acting as a cross-functional operator, you will serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams—Sales, Legal, Finance, IT, and Partners—to drive partner performance, operational scale, and data-driven insights.
In this highly visible role, you will take ownership of critical partner lifecycle processes, operational infrastructure, compliance workflows, and reporting cadence. You’ll lead strategic initiatives to improve efficiency, automate processes, and enable Strategy and its partners to operate more effectively at scale—without direct management responsibilities.
