Job Description
Reporting to the President of Strategic Consulting, the Partner, Strategic Consulting will lead the growth and expansion of the Consulting Services business. An ideal candidate will lead the development and evolution of the practice strategy and market positioning, including target segments, accounts, services and delivery capabilities. The Senior Partner will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction meets or exceeds performance measures for client service. This includes managing existing client relationships and ensuring that Press Ganey is positioned to deliver on all its needs. The Partner will manage the full portfolios of clients to ensure profitability measures are met. The Partner will help build best-in-class teams and is responsible for leading the efforts to bring talented people into the organization. The Partner will also play a significant role in ensuring adequate resources are provided for the development of the company’s people. This includes appropriate training, job experience, and additional resources to support the success of the associates as well as developing the careers of the Consultants.
Collaborate in defining the Advisory business strategy and market positioning including, target market segments, accounts, services, delivery capabilities, and team.
Partner to develop the short-term and long-term business and investment plan in coordination with the account teams and take accountability for delivery against the plan.
Advise on how best to identify, shape, win and deliver opportunities in top-of-market clients at the "C" level. Develop client capabilities to drive growth and revenues.
Grow the practice by recruiting, developing and mentoring strong, high performing talent across geographies and disciplines.
Define Press Ganey's strategic consulting strategy offering including competitive positioning and key go-to-market priorities across healthcare sectors.
Generate stronger connections between other areas of Press Ganey to leverage improved cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Create and deliver complex consulting strategies and transformations for clients.
Lead innovation and thought leadership, seeking to position Press Ganey as leading edge and differentiated versus the competition.
Play a key role as a member of the broader organization, contributing on strategy and exploiting synergies in client offerings and relationships.

The expected base salary for this position is $204,000.00-$330,000.00 (Annually). Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
