The Role
As Head of Learning & Development at PartnerHero, you will be the overall training leader for all PartnerHero staff across our growing company, owning all learning & development end-to-end. Your leadership will deepen our culture in order to help our staff advance their skills and knowledge, unlock their potential and drive PartnerHero higher. You will move us toward our strategy of an in-house “PartnerHero University” as we scale.
You will develop content ranging from “Customer Service Best Practices” and “Emotional Intelligence” to complete tracks for emerging managers. You'll also help topic experts at our company develop content related to their hobbies, passions, and areas of expertise.

Responsibilities:
Create a culture of ongoing learning and development, as evidenced by trackable metrics (i.e. employee retention, career progression, partner feedback)
Analyze individual and organizational development needs; develop and implement learning strategies and programs at individual, team & organizational levels; drive adherence to PartnerHero core values and mission
Design and deliver in-house (and where appropriate with expert third parties), a blended approach to learning & development PartnerHero-wide, including but not limited to – one-on-one coaching, classroom/workshop training, off-sites and online training
Develop a plan and budget for, hire and lead a team of L&D specialists as the company scales to support such growth
Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with leaders and managers to ensure that coaching and development provided is reinforced through ongoing performance management
