    Job Description

    ENTRY LEVEL DOCUMENTATION AND FUNDING SPECIALIST – (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

    Location:  South Coast Metro, CA

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Work with our 70+ sales reps to create and send funding documents to our customers.
    • Create updates and loan addendums to help fund transactions.
    • Update our CRM system on all sent documents.
    • Receive and check in all documents and addendums.
    • Learning the funding process and how it connects with all department
    • Work with funding, credit and sales department to overcome credit stipulations

    WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION

    MUST HAVE SKILLS:

    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in the Equipment Finance Industry or similar industries such as Mortgage, Insurance or Accounting.
    • Detail oriented, well organized and great time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company privacy policies
    • Creative/innovative problem solver
    • High level of integrity /strong work ethic
    • Self-motivated/takes initiative

    NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
    • A background in equipment leasing and finance is highly desirable
