Job Description

The Recruiting Specialist’s primary responsibility is to focus on finding the best talent for our client customers by utilizing a wide range of recruiting sources to draw the best candidates to Partners Personnel.  More importantly, their passion is to truly understand the specific needs and skill sets of our Associates that ultimately result in a loyal and satisfied workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Run mental and data based searches to identify potential candidates while determining the best recruiting resources in the market

·        Contact recruiting resources to inquire and assess cost and submit Ad requisitions for Manager approval when necessary

·        Assess each candidates qualifications and refer candidates to our Client Specialist as applicable

·        Coordinate and/or attend job fairs to connect with potential candidates

·        Pre-screen applicant responses by phone or through online application process

·        Interview applicants for job placement and exit interviews when applicable

·        Complete conditional job offers and orientation of new Associates

·        Add and complete candidate profile in Adapt Suite including interview notes and timely profile updating as candidates are selected for job placement

·        Complete initial and Follow-up Associate QC Calls

QUALIFICATIONS

-         Must be 18 to apply

-         High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

-         Bi-lingual as determined by geographical market

-         Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft/Windows applications

-         Experience working with Adapt Suite preferred but not required

-         Employment is contingent upon our receipt of acceptable results of a background investigation which may include any or all of the following: SSN verification, a DMV report, a credit report evaluation and a criminal history report as well as your successful completion of a drug screen.
