    Job Description

    The Partnership Specialist serves as the onsite liaison between our Clients and the Partners Personnel team to ensure your needs and expectations are met.  As the frontline specialist, the PS partners with our customer’s supervisory and management team to address any workforce issues that affect your operation. This ensures that our mutual objectives of improved retention, good attendance and workplace satisfaction are met.

    Responsibilities

    • Determine client needs, place appropriately skilled employees on flexible, full time, short term, long term and temp to hire assignments and conduct quality control and arrival calls on all client job orders.
    • Receive, write and process all client orders with complete job description
    • Assign appropriate pay rates for employees and bill rates for clients within established guidelines.
    • Perform daily financial activities (payroll data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable and reporting.
    • Communicate and coordinate the all aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as local, state and federal laws and guidelines (Worker’s Compensation, Unemployment, Human Resources)
    • Maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development and to promote client and employee retention
    • Identify recruiting needs and participate in the development of outside recruiting source
    • Recruit, interview, make hiring decisions and conduct new employee orientation of employees on-site
    • Counsel employees on behavioral and performance issues, document and take corrective action as necessary
    • Run mental and data based searches to identify potential candidates in the market to match and fill open jobs of onsite location. 
    • Assess each candidates qualifications and refer candidates to our Client Specialist as applicable
    • Coordinate and/or attend job fairs to connect with potential candidates
    • Pre-screen applicant responses by phone or through online application process
    • Interview applicants for job placement and exit interviews when applicable
    • Complete conditional job offers for new Associates
    • Add documentation and complete candidate profile in Adapt Suite including interview notes and timely profile updating as candidates are selected for job placement.
    • Serve as liaison between the candidate and client ensuring proper placement of candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent roles.
    • Identify client needs and utilize relationship building to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Assist with payroll processing of Partners Personnel onsite associates and timekeeping issues.
    • Assigned duties instructed by client on an as needed basis.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
    • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish as determined by geographical market
    • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft/Windows applications
    • Experience working with Adapt Suite preferred but not required
    • Must be willing to work overtime as necessary and have flexible scheduling to fit the needs of Manufacturing.
    • Must have very good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and level of professionalism as you will be representing Partners Personnel.
    • Previous operations experience within Production, Food & Beverage and/or Manufacturing is highly desired.
    • Previous onsite staffing experience a plus
