    SYSTEMS & CONTENT COORDINATOR | JOB DESCRIPTION

    Responsible for the day-to-day usage, adherence and training on specified systems and digital platforms, which includes, administration, content management, set-up and troubleshooting for Global Service Center Team (based in Grand Rapids, Michigan) and global staff and contractors. This role champions the opportunities specified systems provide for efficient and effective outcomes with our staff and network. The Systems & Content Coordinator reports to the Director of Marketing & Administration and is a part of the Marketing & Administration Team, providing robust services in Marketing, IT, HR and Facilities/Administration.

    RESPONSIBILITIES*

    Litmos (Learning Management System)

    • Primary administrator for system – Black Belt status in Litmos
    • Import by batch or create accounts for staff, network partners
    • Assist in creating Learning Paths and course content formatting with staff & contractors
    • Training and troubleshooting
    • Provide statics and specified driving measures

    Microsoft O365 Suite of Apps

    • Primary administrator for suite of Apps, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Outlook & Calendar, OneNote, Planner, Stream, OneDrive and Forms
    • SharePoint (PW Portal): Assist and monitor site collections, permissions, troubleshooting with staff and network. Onboard and assign new users
    • Power BI: Usage, data visualization set up and reporting for Finance, Strategic Impact
    • Teams/Teams Calling: Usage of app and set up of PW phone numbers for staff
    • Provide and uphold strategy and storage, site creation protocols, permissions
    • Assist staff and network in set up, permissions, and adherence to protocols
    • Training & troubleshooting
    • Collaborate in strategy and implementation with team and staff
    • Creates surveys and audits to gauge user satisfaction
    • Collaborates with outside IT partners as needed

    Zoom

    • Primary administrator of platform, and multiple accounts
    • Training, troubleshooting and assistance with staff and network usage
    • Negotiate, procure any changes in annual contract with Zoom

    Salesforce Support

    • Collaborate with IT/Gift Entry Manager on record/contact input, reporting,
    • Assist staff with Salesforce needs or questions
    • Back up Gift Entry (part of 4-person team) for mailed donation processing

    Other

    • Other IT/systems tasks or projects as needed, collaboration with Marketing & Administration Team

    EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

    • Technologically savvy and inclined, but does not need a degree in IT
    • Bachelor’s degree, ideally experienced in systems usage and maintenance
    • Able to work autonomously, is a Self-starter, but also highly collaborative when needed
    • Eager to learn and adapt to changing technology
    • Experience in SharePoint administration preferred
    • Proficiency in training users on systems. 1:1s, creating recordings and live group trainings
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft
    • Meticulous in detail and a service-oriented mindset
    • Loves people and building rapport among staff, network and working in teams
    • International/multi-cultural experience is desirable
    • Mature Christian faith exemplified in actions & words

    This role is ideally located in West Michigan area and based at Global Service Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA, however, will consider other locations within or outside of U.S., based on applicant experience.
