ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Operations and People Officer will oversee Human Resources, Operations, Finance and IT at PAI. With a clear commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, this executive leadership role will have responsibility for managing all people and administrative matters including PAI's legal affairs and contracts, human resources, compliance, operations and risk management, performance monitoring and planning.
The Chief Operations and People Officer will work closely with the CEO, the EA and Deputy Secretary to the Board, and the advisory Chief Financial Officer to be accountable to the Board and its Committees and support good governance practices across the organization. Managing a current team of four people, the operations, human resources, and CRM personnel will report directly to this Executive role.

PAI is headquartered in San Francisco yet has a remote workforce with a global membership base and scope. This role is eligible for remote work within Canada and the United States with no requirement to be located in San Francisco. We do not offer visa support for this position at this time.
