Job Description
Overview of Responsibilities:
· Attend a variety of community sites and employers alongside clients that are performing work or engaging in activities
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to clients to enhance their skills and behaviors
· Assist in development of problem solving, assertiveness and decision making skills that will assist clients in being successful
· Develop and implement individualized training and support strategies for clients
· Be a role model for clients in all aspects of work ethics, behavior, and professionalism
· Initiate and maintain positive relationships with clients, employers, community partners, and peers
· Accurately document notes, submit reports in a timely manner, and keep up to date at all times
Qualifications
What you’ll need to be successful:
· RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED WITH VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, INSURANCE, AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
· Pass a background clearance, drug test and physical exam
· Excellent attendance is vital to providing the support to our clients
· Ability to utilize standard Microsoft Office Suite products
· Positive attitude, creative spirit, and desire to be engaged with peers, clients and community

SALARY: $13.00 per hour
