Now Hiring: Full-Time Parts Clerk

Location: Springfield Warehouse Schedule: Monday–Friday, & rotating Saturdays Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour meal break) Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly Wages: Start at $17.00 to 18.50 ((commensurate on experience)). A 90-day performance evaluation will be conducted for a pay raise.

Parts Clerks Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Parts Clerk to join our Springfield Inventory Parts team. This full-time role is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting technicians with parts ordering, monitoring inventory levels, and receiving all incoming freight. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package at 90 days.

Parts Clerks Key Responsibilities have specific assigned duties, including but not limited to:

Deliver fast, friendly, and respectful service to all customers

Assist technicians with researching and ordering parts accurately

Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight

Complete daily responsibilities accurately and on time

Communicate any issues or concerns promptly to the Parts Supervisor

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Parts Clerks Qualifications & Requirements

Ability to pass a background and a MVR check

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Previous experience in inventory or parts environments is a plus

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without accommodation

Must be able to work full-time
