    Parts Coordinator / Production Support

Ronkonkoma, NY | OEM-Certified, I-CAR Gold Class Collision Repair Facility

We are a professional, OEM-certified collision repair organization built on pride in our craft, strong teamwork, and shared accountability. Our parts operation plays a critical role in keeping production moving and supporting technicians with the right parts, at the right time, with the right documentation.

Estimators, parts, technicians, and the front office work closely together — sharing information, holding one another accountable, and stepping in when there’s value to add. That collaboration is what allows the shop to perform consistently at a high level.

We are looking for a Parts Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being a key contributor to a production-focused team.

    Role Overview

This role supports production flow and cycle time by managing parts procurement, tracking, and coordination once vehicles are in the repair process.

You’ll work closely with estimators, technicians, and vendors to ensure parts arrive correctly and on time, helping the entire shop perform better.

    What You’ll Do

    • Order parts accurately using CCC One and PartsTrader

    • Source OEM, approved and alternative parts as required

    • Track part orders, deliveries, backorders, and returns

    • Verify part accuracy and condition upon arrival

    • Coordinate with technicians and estimators to resolve parts issues

    • Maintain clear documentation within the repair file

    • Manage parts returns and credits

    • Help minimize delays caused by parts availability

    • Support clean, organized parts flow throughout the shop

    What We’re Looking For

    • Prior parts or production support experience in a collision repair shop preferred

    • Comfortable working in CCC One and PartsTrader

    • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

    • Ability to manage multiple jobs at once

    • Team-oriented mindset with pride in accuracy and execution

Collision repair experience is preferred, but attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork matter most.

    What Success Looks Like Here

    • Fewer production delays due to parts

    • Technicians have what they need when they need it

    • Clean, accurate documentation in repair files

    • Strong communication between parts, estimators, and production

    • The shop runs smoother because of effective parts coordination

    Compensation — Team-Based & Performance Driven

    • Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience

    Team Incentive Compensation

This role participates in a shared, team-based incentive program tied to overall shop performance.

    • Incentives are based on delivered shop revenue , not individual sales or written estimates

    • The incentive pool activates once delivered revenue exceeds $225,000 per month

    • Payouts increase as shop performance improves

    • Incentives are shared among front-office and production-support team members

    • Designed to reward teamwork, consistency, and execution , not pressure or shortcuts

    Example Monthly Incentive Outcomes

(Examples shown for illustration; individual payouts vary by role and team results)

    • ~$275,000 delivered: $300–$500 per person

    • ~$325,000 delivered: $600–$900 per person

    • ~$375,000+ delivered: $1,000–$1,500+ per person

Incentives are paid in addition to base compensation and align individual success with overall shop performance.

    Who This Role Is For

    • Experienced collision repair parts coordinators

    • Production-minded team players

    • Organized professionals who enjoy supporting technicians

    • Individuals seeking stability and growth in a well-run shop

    Who Should Not Apply

    • Candidates seeking commission-only sales roles

    • Those uncomfortable working as part of a team

    • Short-term or transitional job seekers

This is a long-term role in a shop where parts accuracy and teamwork directly impact production success , and where strong contributors are respected and rewarded.
