Parts Coordinator / Production Support
Ronkonkoma, NY | OEM-Certified, I-CAR Gold Class Collision Repair Facility
We are a professional, OEM-certified collision repair organization built on pride in our craft, strong teamwork, and shared accountability. Our parts operation plays a critical role in keeping production moving and supporting technicians with the right parts, at the right time, with the right documentation.
Estimators, parts, technicians, and the front office work closely together — sharing information, holding one another accountable, and stepping in when there’s value to add. That collaboration is what allows the shop to perform consistently at a high level.
We are looking for a Parts Coordinator who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys being a key contributor to a production-focused team.
This role supports production flow and cycle time by managing parts procurement, tracking, and coordination once vehicles are in the repair process.
