We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Parts Counter Sales Associate who can support both sides of that lifestyle.

If you understand tractors and torque specs and lift kits and performance upgrades — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Own

Take command of incoming service calls with urgency and professionalism.

Lead service check-ins and document customer concerns accurately.

Drive parts and accessory sales — from ag wear items and mower blades to performance exhausts and riding gear.

Support parts ordering, tracking, and inventory control with precision.

Proactively update customers on service status.

Coordinate equipment and vehicle pick-ups/deliveries.

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving equipment safely.

Receive and merchandise parts, apparel, and accessories to maximize sales.

Support promotions, seasonal pushes, and in-store events.

Step in to assist with major unit sales when needed (increased compensation opportunity).

What You Bring

Strong work ethic — you understand urgency during peak season.

Sales confidence — you recommend solutions, not just ring up transactions.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.

Organized, detail-driven, and customer-focused.

Passion for agriculture, rural living, and Powersports.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Comfortable in an active role that includes lifting and moving equipment.

Being Bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions:
