About Us

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Parts Counter Specialist who takes pride in their work, knows their way around automotive parts, and loves helping people find the right solution.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the go-to expert at our parts counter — the person customers, technicians, and service advisors rely on. You’ll report directly to the Parts Manager. Day to day, you will:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts, accessories, and upgrades
• Provide accurate, fast, and friendly service at the counter and over the phone
• Work closely with our service and sales teams to keep the dealership running smoothly
• Receive and process incoming inventory and keep the department clean and organized
• Handle pricing, merchandising, and stock management
• Manage multiple customers and requests in a busy, fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A sharp eye for detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-first attitude

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience at a dealership or retail parts counter
• Knowledge of OEM automotive parts or dealership DMS software
