Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, organized and motivated person to join our Parts Department. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the shop team, office staff, and vendors to ensure timely repairs.

Purchase the parts needed by our mechanics to repair heavy-duty trucks.

Compare prices, quality, suppliers, and availability to select the best options.

Follow internal processes and maintain accurate records of parts ordered and received.

Place orders, coordinate and complete pick-ups, and handle returns when necessary.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the automotive industry - Heavy Duty experience strongly preferred.

Strong decision-making skills and ability to evaluate price/quality options.

Clean driver license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain it.

Bilingual: Spanish & English.

Ability to use computers, email, and perform online searches efficiently.

Ability to follow processes, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills.
