Parts Driver - Full Time

Fab-Tex, a busy truck dealer located in Bohemia, NY, is expanding its service team. We are currently looking to hire a Driver who is willing to join our growing team. Serious inquiries only.

Responsibilities:

Picking up parts and running errands in a safe, timely manner

Deliveries are mostly in Nassau and Suffolk counties

Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck

Keep managers up to date on the status of runs

Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs

Able to drive small vans and pick-ups

Maintain a high level of professionalism, motivation, focus, and organization.

Must have CLEAN, current, and valid driver’s license (Class A, B, or regular driver’s license - Class D).

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are a representation of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The employee is required to stand, walk, grasp tools, hear, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit for an extended time period, lift/ move up to 30 lbs, and have good vision.

Working conditions: Frequently sitting & driving.

Schedule:

Monday - Saturday

Mon-Fri 8am- 5:30pm

Saturdays 7am-12:00pm

Work location: one location
