SOAZ – Posting ID #7897 – Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) – Administrative Services Division (ASD) is seeking a Parts Expeditor (Local Only/Onsite).

The Parts Expeditor will be responsible for a variety of vehicle/equipment parts and supply acquisitions, procurement, and warehouse activities in compliance with State Procurement Laws, ADOT, and EQS policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

Order and purchase vehicle/equipment parts and supplies.

Maintain Purchase Card logs and receipts for purchases.

Perform inventory checks and reconciliations in line with EQS policies or as directed.

Provide customer service support in person, via phone, and by email.

Fulfill stock orders and replenish warehouse shelves with line items.

Assist in tracking and posting Material Data Safety Sheets (MSDS) as warranted.

Required Skills

2+ years of purchasing experience

2+ years of customer service experience

Experience with stocking items
