Job Description
The Motorcraft Parts Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing/incentive programs that drive sales, brand loyalty, and customer engagement within the Automotive Parts Group. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket industry, customer needs, and the ability to collaborate across sales, product, and marketing teams to create effective promotions, loyalty programs, and strategic campaigns.
Program Development & Management: * Design, implement, and manage loyalty, incentive, and promotional programs for wholesale and retail customers. * Align programs with overall business goals, brand strategies, and sales targets.
