    This role focuses on providing helpful and knowledgeable service at our irrigation and electrical parts counter. You’ll assist customers in finding the right parts and solutions, whether in person or over the phone, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience. Behind the scenes, you’ll keep everything organized by managing inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining accurate records to make parts easy to find and track. You’ll also support the office team with basic billing and bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and payments. This position offers a great balance between customer service, hands-on work, and office support—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a team that values both efficiency and organization. Your efforts help keep the shop running smoothly and customers satisfied every day. Responsibilities: • Assist customers with irrigation and electrical parts orders at the counter and by phone • Maintain and organize inventory, including restocking and placing orders • Process accounts receivable and payable, including invoices and payments • Keep accurate records of parts sales and financial transactions • Coordinate with team members to support smooth daily operations • Provide general office support as needed to help the business run efficiently Qualifications: • Basic knowledge of irrigation and electrical parts (or willingness to learn) • Experience with customer service, preferably in a parts environment • Experience handling accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks • Proficiency with QuickBooks • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work well with a team Compensation: $20 hourly to start BOE
