Northside Auto is building toward an ambitious 3-year vision, and we’re looking for a turn-key, experienced Parts & Recon Manager who can own the entire reconditioning lifecycle (NOT just parts management) — from intake to frontline ready — and scale with us.

We currently retail 30–50 vehicles per month and are intentionally building the infrastructure to support 75+ units per month while maintaining quality, speed, and profitability.

    You’re tired of being under-resourced and under-supported

You want to build something the right way — with leadership that invests in people, tools, and systems
