Job Summary: KanEquip-Ellsworth has an opening for a full-time Parts Sales Specialist. Responsible for parts sales over the counter to our customers or through our service department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by accurately identifying our customers’ needs and efficiently using our resources to look up and cross-reference parts.
- Leverage selling skills to present solutions and recommendations using up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet, greet, and welcome customers in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer expectations are met, including extraordinary efforts at meeting commitments.
- Inventory, restocking, and reordering parts. Merchandising of parts.
- Communicate appropriately with all internal and external state holders, in person and remotely.
Requirements:
- 3 years retail parts counter sales and customer relationship skills, preferably ag-related
- Ability to multi-task with good organizational skills and process minded
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle status
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) equivalent is required
- Ability to use standard multi-desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to work seasonally extended hours during the week or weekends
- Able to perform physical work involving lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
