    Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

    Receive part orders and shipping labels from the customer service department, then locate and pull parts using inventory locations and part numbers.

    Inspect and quality-check parts prior to packaging to ensure accuracy and functionality.

    Package parts according to company-defined packing and shipping procedures.

    Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and organizing stock. Reporting on low-inventory parts.

    Receive and put away newly delivered parts from suppliers into the appropriate inventory locations.

    Process and inspect customer returns to verify returned parts and maintain accurate inventory records.

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department, including participation in reorganization and cleaning projects.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficient Computer/Technology Skills (i.e. Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel)

    Great attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    Mechanical Knowledge or Repair Experience (Preferred!)
