Responsibilities: • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing delays and maximizing customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the service team to identify and fulfill parts requirements, enhancing the overall customer experience. • Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless operations. • Provide expert advice to customers, helping them select the right parts and accessories for their vehicles. • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of parts, supporting the smooth functioning of the department. • Implement efficient processes for receiving, storing, and distributing parts, optimizing workflow and productivity. • Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. • Strong understanding of automotive parts. • High level of motivation, energy, and a customer-focused attitude. • Valid driver's license is required. • Ability to focus on producing quality work. • Ability to communicate in person and on the phone. • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Compensation: $18 - $22 DOE
