  • Responsibilities

     

    • Responsible for maintaining parts stock and fulfilling customer and technician parts requests.
    • Ability to read parts manuals/schematics, online parts resources, and other sources to identify needed parts.
    • Determine needs of customers and technicians as well as identify parts and check availability.
    • Sourcing parts through various established approved networks.
    • Tracking and maintaining parts inventory.
    • Answering incoming calls and emails and from customers and resolving any issues.
    • Working with internal departments to resolve shipping/billing discrepancies, returns, etc.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Ability to lift 75 pounds without assistance.
