    Parts Supervisor– Powersports

Lead the Engine Behind the Dealership

The Parts Supervisor is the driving force behind our Powersports Parts Department. You’ll set the pace, control the operation, and build a team that executes with precision and urgency. Your mission: maximize accessory sales, tighten inventory turns, support Service and Sales, and create a parts operation that directly fuels dealership growth.

    Powersports Parts Supervisor

Build the Margin. Own the Experience. Drive the Profit.

This is not a back-counter parts role. As our Accessory-Driven Powersports Parts Supervisor, you will own one of the most profitable and influential departments in the dealership. Your mission: maximize accessory sales, tighten inventory turns, support Service throughput, and create a parts operation that directly fuels dealership growth. This role isn’t about maintaining the status quo — it’s about owning inventory, leading people, driving profit, and keeping the dealership moving at full throttle.

If you’re a proven parts leader who thrives on accountability, numbers, and results — and you understand that Parts is the backbone of Service and Sales — this is your lane.

    What You’ll Own

Full responsibility for the performance, profitability, and execution of the Parts Department

Strategy and execution for accessory and aftermarket sales (helmets, apparel, performance upgrades, wheels/tires, lifts, audio, lighting, etc.)

Inventory planning that balances high-margin accessory depth with aggressive turn targets

Vendor and OEM relationships to drive promotions, co-op opportunities, and exclusive product offerings

A sales-focused parts team trained to upsell, cross-sell, and bundle accessories on every interaction

Tight coordination with Sales for unit builds, accessory packages, and F&I handoffs

Seamless support of Service with fast, accurate parts flow to eliminate downtime

Pricing strategies and promotions that protect margin while increasing volume

Accurate receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transaction integrity — zero tolerance for sloppiness

A clean, organized, and merchandised showroom and parts area that sells on sight

Tight collaboration with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Sales to eliminate downtime and maximize repair efficiency

Profit growth through pricing strategy, accessory sales, promotions, and process improvement

    What You Bring

Proven success in powersports parts management with a strong accessory and aftermarket focus

Demonstrated ability to grow accessory revenue and gross profit

Strong understanding of OEM vs aftermarket mix, margin management, and inventory turns

    A hands-on, performance-driven leadership style

Confidence working cross-departmentally with Sales, F&I, and Service

Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Proficiency with parts management systems and Microsoft Office

High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications a plus

    Valid driver’s license

    Why This Role Hits Different

You directly impact service speed, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability

You lead a department that fuels every other operation in the store

You’re trusted to make decisions, drive results, and build something great

Perfection — accessory-driven means margin, creativity, speed, and upsell muscle. Here’s a hard-charging, accessory-focused Powersports Parts Manager posting that targets leaders who know how to turn helmets, lifts, tires, and bolt-ons into serious profit.
