Job Description
The hours are 8 am to 5 pm - Monday through Friday, no weekends. Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls Transfer callers to the appropriate persons/departments Ensure that caller issues are resolved and followed-up in a timely manner Maintain good relationships with clients/customers Assist management & team members with daily operations Required Qualifications: Very strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable and confident with telephones, computers, and spreadsheets Ability to work as a team member Clear a background check/drug screening Eligible for work in the U.S. Desired Qualifications: Punctual Reliable Knowledge of Excel Knowledge of the automotive industry is a big plus Willingness and desire to learn and grow
