Job Description – Party and Event Manager Are you a "people person"; with a knack for closing deals and a passion for creating magical experiences? As the Event and Party Manager, you will be the face of our celebrations. You won't just oversee parties; you will drive the growth of our event department by building local partnerships, managing a high-energy team, and ensuring every family walks out with lifelong memories. We are seeking a highly social, sales-driven professional who can manage the sales and logistics of a fast-paced venue while maintaining a "party-ready" attitude.

    Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth: Proactively drive revenue by managing all party, event, and birthday inquiries, conducting tours for prospective clients, and upselling premium event packages.

Partnerships & Outreach: Identify and cultivate relationships with local schools, businesses, and community influencers to establish Complete Playground as the go-to venue for corporate buyouts and large-scale events.

Team Leadership: Lead, train, and inspire a team of party hosts and entertainers, ensuring they maintain high energy and adhere to safety standards.

Event Oversight: Manage the end-to-end logistics of weekend party schedules, from initial booking and customized planning to day-of coordination and post-event follow-up.

Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for parents and guardians, providing premium service and resolving any issues with grace and a smile.

Creativity: Work with ownership to develop new event themes, holiday specials, and community-driven programming.

    Requirements

Experience: Event management, hospitality leadership, or a high-volume sales role.

Client Facing and Kid Centric: You are "highly social"; and comfortable engaging with diverse groups of people, from energetic toddlers to high-net-worth corporate clients.

Sales Savvy: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and the ability to negotiate and close partnership deals.

Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), as these are our busiest and most exciting event days.

High Energy: A positive, optimistic attitude is non-negotiable. You set the tone for the entire facility.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing client expectations and internal team coordination.

Passion for Kids: A genuine love for the world of play and creating memorable experiences for children and families.
