What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead , you’ll work closely with the General Manager to help plan, schedule, and keep equipment event-ready. You’ll also:

• Drive our mobile game theater to event locations throughout the Denver Metro and surrounding areas

• Lead private events featuring video games and more

• Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations before and during events

• Create a fun, safe, and professional environment for guests (mostly kids!)

• Train and support other team members when needed

• Represent the GameTruck brand as the on-site leader and problem-solver

A Standard Day Looks Like This

• Prep equipment, invoices, and route plans before heading out

• Follow a planned route to events and run the party start-to-finish

• Manage equipment care during the event and keep everything running smoothly

• Collect payment and complete on-site wrap-up tasks

• Return for equipment inspection and check-in

• Share feedback with the General Manager to improve operations and equipment readiness

You’ll Be Successful If You…

• Love working with kids and have an upbeat, outgoing personality

• Stay calm, confident, and positive in high-energy (sometimes chaotic) situations

• Have general knowledge of video games, consoles, and basic A/V equipment

• Are punctual, dependable, and professional

• Can work weekends/weekdays with a flexible schedule

Requirements

• Driving record and criminal background check required

• Clean driving record is mandatory

• Have some schedule availability on some week days and/or Weekends

• Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
