    Job Description

    We are seeking versatile and high-energy Party Hosts & Entertainers/Animators to lead our weekend birthday parties and events. This hybrid role requires a balance of professional event coordination and engaging performance.

    As the primary point of contact for families, you will be responsible for the overall flow of the event—ensuring the schedule is maintained and parents are supported—while also serving as the lead entertainer to keep children active, excited, and engaged throughout their visit.

    Key Responsibilities

    Event Coordination (Hosting): Greet guests upon arrival, manage the party timeline, and serve as the main resource for parents and guardians.

    Activity Leadership (Entertainment): Lead groups of children through organized games, dancing, storytelling, and themed playground activities.

    Food & Service: Handle the setup and serving of food and cake, ensuring a clean and organized transition between play and dining.

    Performance Skills: Execute specialized activities such as face painting, or balloon twisting. (training provided for candidates with the right attitude).

    Workshop Facilitation: Lead interactive activities, including arts and crafts or slime-making sessions.

    Supervision: Maintain a safe and inclusive environment, ensuring all children are engaged and following facility safety guidelines.

    Requirements

    Personality: Highly social, outgoing, and professional. You must be comfortable managing logistics while performing for a group.

    Experience: Previous experience in event hosting, children’s entertainment, or camp counseling is preferred.

    Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively assist parents and keep children organized.

    Specialized Skills: Proficiency in (or a willingness to learn) face painting, balloon twisting, magic tricks, or arts and crafts.

    Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

    Physical Stamina: Ability to remain active and on your feet in a fast-paced, 40,000-square-foot playground environment.
