As a cleaning technician, responsibilities include:Mon-Fri (Shift begins at 5pm)

Average shift 4-6 hours nightlyWill work in 2 separate location

Accurate logging of hours worked using a free third party applicationSecure handling of client keys and access cardsDetailed cleaning of clients facilities includes, but not limited to, offices, conference rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.Cleaning includes but not limited to dusting, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.Lifting trash bags and placing them into a dumpsterContinuous care of equipment checked outFollow procedures for proper use of chemicalsNotify managers concerning the need for significant repairs to facility emergenciesMonitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours

Job Requirements:

Be able to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation to and from multiple client facilitiesTransportation of cleaning supplies (provided by Spotless Logistics) to each cleaning locationLegal to work in the U.S.Valid driver's license and a second form of I.D.Valid checking account for direct depositSmartphone with the ability to download free timekeeping app.

Pay: $15.00 per hour or $450 weekly
