INSIDE SALES/MARKETING COORDINATOR
The right person will control and manage all the ways that particular brand is exposed to the public.
Your job will be to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the Pasmosa Sangria brand and ensure the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the plans, thru our inside and outside sales staff. B2B is our main route to market thru direct sales and thru existing distributors we have hired.
DUTIES:
· Lead the DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION OF MARKETING PROGRAMS from start to finish for Pasmosa.
· Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for the market when directing inside sales staff for setting appointments for outside sales force.
· Research chain account decision makers Applebee’s and other chains etc.
· Enthusiastically hunt for new business opportunities
PROVEN INSIDE SALES EXPERIENCE TO ORGANIZED AND TRAIN OTHERS:
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day and training others
· Experience working with Hubspot.com or similar CRM / Zoom info or similar/ Excel / Word / Outlook / LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively & independently
· High energy and positive attitude
· Self-starting attitude with strong ability to take initiative
· Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Marketing:
· PREPARE MARKETING REPORTS by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data extracting key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with proposals and recommendations on tactics.
· Support the development and distribution of MARKETING AND SALES MATERIALS
· Assist in production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials we have an outside
· Oversee DIGITAL CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA activity for assigned brand(s)
· Coordinate and distribute content from various sources including blog posts, ambassador updates, and marketing partners
· Develop engaging content for videos to post on various media outlets
· Develop relationships with content partners, bloggers, and social media influencers
· Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
· Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
· Produce weekly social content, writing copy and collect assets for company website and email marketing
· Execute sponsored posts across social media platforms as required
· Monitor trending topics, hashtags, and high-performance content. Use this knowledge to create new content topics and how to optimize existing content
· Track social results daily and report on them regularly
· Develop a lead generation strategy
· Manage digital advertising performance and search engine rankings verifying results are within predetermined ranges
· Monitor Google AdWords and Analytics, Facebook/Instagram ads, SEO and other metric platforms
· Ensure ad spend stays within stated budgets
· Review, edit, and adjust ads at least once per week
· Work with third party agency to achieve program goals and profitability
· Coordinate EMAIL MARKETING campaigns, list segmentation, automation, etc.
· Construct weekly email marketing campaigns for assigned brand(s)
· Execute e-commerce promotions; develop, implement and manage campaigns and oversee the email marketing process
· Develop and manage automation sequences which respond to customer interactions with our company
· Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
· Assist in the creation and development of various landing pages
· Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
· LEAD EVENT MARKETING EFFORTS, establishing event objectives, evaluating new show/event opportunities, and measuring event ROI for assigned brand(s).
· Maintain an annual events calendar and budget
· Effectively promote our presence at each event with a focus on bringing foot traffic to the booth and generating sales
· Assist with packing and organizing of event materials, product, and displays
· Attend all events, interacting with potential customers and explaining product benefits and features with the goal of making a sale
· Post to social media from events with appropriate tags
· Assist with set-up, running, and break down of event booth
· Report on event statistics and recommend future involvement
· Search for additional event opportunities
· Collect, track, and analyze sales leads generated
· PRESENT MONTHLY TO SALES AND MARKETING STAFF providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
· MONITOR BUDGETS by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
· Other support and administrative activities as needed for marketing and sales department
