JUNIOR DESIGNER

Passion Inc.

OBJECTIVE

To help communicate the gospel of Jesus by helping to develop, create, and implement graphic design  needs for Passion, Inc. as we serve the entire organization, including Passion City Church, Passion Conferences, sixstepsrecords, and Passion Publishing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for versioning assets for digital and print mediums using existing, approved concepts

· Create and export Sunday deliverables to share the message of Jesus to the world

· Will lean heavily into social media design and version assets for social media export

· Involved in collaboration for large-scale projects (i.e., US Conference branding, Christmas/Advent look/feel, etc.)

· Works closely with Senior Designer, Design Project Manager and Passion Productions for Sunday Talk and Hosting needs

· Perform other duties as needed or assigned

· This role may be asked to help create new art but will focus primarily on production design

Sunday - Thursday 9am-5pm

· Is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator

· Is able to concept designs from scratch with a strong eye for typography, color, and layout

· Possesses excellent visual awareness and attention to detail

· Is willing to adapt and be flexible, while working above and beyond expectations

· Is able to meet tight deadlines

· Possesses strong communication skills

· Is able to multitask between several ongoing projects

· Is able to plan, schedule and self-monitor progress across several projects
