    DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR

    OBJECTIVE

    To help export the name of Jesus and build the Passion Brand, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in managing all digital marketing initiatives. This role supports the growth of the overall brand through email marketing and web development.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, build, test, execute, and report on email marketing campaigns
    • Version out creative assets from design team to work for email and paid ads
    • Ensure databases are organized and up to date
    • Create workows, prepare and launch email campaigns
    • Analyze email campaign data and make recommendations for enhancing their eectiveness
    • Plan, execute, and report on digital ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google
    • Pay close attention to the details of a campaign, its goals, and targeting
    • Produce, maintain, and modify websites and user interfaces under tight deadlines with WebFlow + Wordpress
    • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects
    • Maintain web, email, and paid media performance dashboards and analytics
    • Stay up to date on emerging technologies
    • Analyze web performance data to spot trends that can lead to recommendations of future optimizations

    Monday - Friday 9p-5p

    Digital Marketing Manager

    AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

    • Bachelors' degree in marketing or related field
    • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising or relative college experience
    • Understands website metrics and best practices
    • Strong Excel/spreadsheet management skills
    • Experience with web development, email marketing, and general digital marketing best practices
    • Able to work with people to develop marketing goals and evaluate results
    • Good at problem-solving and communications
    • Strong writing skills
    • Enjoys accomplishing tasks
    • Is highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
    • Able to perform job duties with a sense of urgency

    GREAT TO HAVE

    • Knowledge of HubSpot tools and its resources
    • Familiarity:
      • HTML and CSS
      • Cross platform connectors such as Zapier and Integromat
      • Wordpress, Webflow
      • Figma
      • Looker Studio
