OBJECTIVE

To help build digital experiences that provide a way for people to see and experience Jesus for Passion, Inc. as we serve the entire organization, including Passion City Church, Passion Conferences, sixstepsrecords, Passion Resources, and Passion Publishing.

ABOUT

As the Digital Marketing Web Specialist at Passion, you'll be responsible for producing and maintaining our digital experiences that include web and mobile-based applications. You'll work with the marketing team, our designers, and engineering teams to improve usability across our digital experiences. You'll optimize web design for mobile and other platforms, working with designers to ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on all of our digital experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce, maintain, and modify websites and user interfaces under tight deadlines with WebFlow + Wordpress
• Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the digital experience
• Stay up to date on emerging technologies
• Maintain web performance dashboards and analytics
• Ensure websites are accessible across many platforms, including desktop and mobile devices
• Analyze web performance and coordinate with engineering teams to provide recommendations and execute optimizations

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience producing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Exposure to and/or interest in Webow, WordPress, FullStory, Google Analytics
• Understands key website design principles and SEO optimization
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Has advanced problem-solving skills
• Basic prociency with web design
