DATA ANALYST

OBJECTIVE

Supports the mission and vision of Passion through data analysis, interpretation and storytelling for process improvement, growth opportunities and ministry impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leverages SQL reporting to meet Passion's analytical needs
• Builds and maintains business intelligence reporting and systems
• Coordinates data integrity and flow between all Technology solutions + integrations
• Assists with providing data driven solutions
• Collaborates with Engineering Team for automation and process improvements
• Manages ChMs Metrics
• Analyzes data sets to communicate trends, patterns and opportunities
• Leads preparation of analytical storytelling, turning data into compelling visuals
• Aids in maintenance and tuning of relational databases + systems
• Assists with Technology's operation and administration as needed
• Ensures data processes align with GDPR and Passion's privacy policies

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

Degree in computer science, data science, or equivalent education and experience preferred. One or more years of experience in a role that required timeliness, organization and good communication skills. Individual must be comfortable with various forms of technology and be able to learn new concepts quickly. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
